  Home of the handyman. More like home of the lazy senile old lady's. Crappy service can't even get anyone too ring in customers because there too busy talking to each other on headsets about God knows what probably a Metamucil coupon. ♿

  I dont know why Kelly thinks she can determine what "pricy" is for me. This is a product i want and wanted to keep my business local. I informed her that home depot and rona got back to me within twenty mins. She didnt offer to call them back or apologize for the inconvience.

  I'd like to give this more stars, as the people are helpful. However, it seems that half the time when I go there, what I need is out of stock. Examples: Today I went to get a hook blade for my box cutter, out of stock. Last time I went to buy a plumbing fitting, grabbed the one off the rack, it was in the wrong place. Went back, they were out of what I needed. So, it's good for the basics like water softener pellets, but hit or miss for other things.

  I will not shop at Elmira home hardware due to Kellys lack of experience and knowledge on how to deal with a special order. Pathedic !

  Called to make a special order and spoke with Kelly. Kelly took my information and had to ask me for the number to get ahold of their supplier. Hour and half later i called Kelly back for an update . The response i got was very unprofessional. " its probably pricy as its a special order ." I continued to ask when she would be getting a price and she replied with " they close at 430 (it was 4:18) , i left a message but its probably pricy"
